Bath Spa University approached Streamline Fibreglass to provide a range of bespoke grp panels that were required for the transformation of the former Herman Miller factory into Bath Spa University’s new art and design campus.
The Panels are required for the external cladding of the building which is due to be opened in September 2019. We removed the existing panels, transported them back to our manufacturing facility in Manchester and extracted a new tooling system from the originals. This enabled us to manufacture new super light weight composite panels which comply with up-to date manufacturing processes and procedures.
The panels were delivered to site in order for our client to apply a new coating system to the panels before install, all of which was completed within ten weeks.
