Our devoted pattern makers have the practical wisdom to transform your design from a simple sketch on paper to a precise pattern, through the use of both traditional and contemporary methods.

We can work from design briefs, basic drawings or CAD/CAM models to manufacture master patterns built out of high grade foams, timber or plastic, using either traditional methods, which yield a +/- 0.5mm tolerance, or through CNC (Computer Numerical Control) processes, yielding zero tolerance.
