Streamline Fibreglass were approached to repair a state-of-the-art car transporter which had received major structural and cosmetic damage after a collision on the motorway. We were the fifth port of call for the client, after four other companies rejected the task, saying they could not undertake such a serious damage repair.
A Manchester based design and build company contacted Streamline Fibreglass at the design stage of a huge house build program on the outskirts of Manchester in the hope that we could find a solution to the problem of the window surrounds for 41 new build plots which was about to be built, it just was not cost effective enough to use alternative materials or a bespoke design for each individual house which our client wanted to achieve.
Streamline Fibreglass manufactured a range of Anti Slip Safety Flooring for Network Rail to refurb there platforms and stairs. Various sizes were produced to order and fitted at various stations across the UK.
In June 2014, Streamline Fibreglass was awarded the contract to design, manufacture and install the iconic acoustic backdrop wall at the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra Hall.
Streamline Fibreglass have recently completed the application of Structural GRP materials to a core Celmar Flute stacks, working alongside our plastics fabrication partners Colman greaves we was able to deliver full composite structural / stress analysis calculations along with application and delivery.
Stacks raising to 10.5m in height with diameters up to 800mm were fabricated at our manufacturing facilities in Stockport which again highlights the diversity and expertise we have within the company. Thames water contacted streamline fibreglass to manufacture a bespoke water tank from there design. Streamline specialise in bespoke products but have never constructed a water tank before and with such a huge client the pressure was on
Streamline fibreglass was commissioned by a large trailer manufacture here in the UK to manufacture from 2D drawings the master pattern and mould in order to run production on a large scale bespoke GRP trailer POD. Streamline entered at the design stage working alongside our client to design a sleek looking trailer POD which will transport motorsport and luxury cars to the European market.
