Thames water contacted streamline fibreglass to manufacture a bespoke water tank  from there design. Streamline specialise in bespoke products but have never constructed a water tank before and with such a huge client the pressure was on

After meeting with the head of procurement at our facility in Manchester we had to convince them that streamline was the company to work with, although we have designed and built some unique products in the past the water treatment sector was new to us so we really had to push the boundaries to appease our exact clients  specification.

We offered a stage by stage consultancy package which enabled streamline to approach this with an open mind but to also ease the concerns of the client , at each stage the client was allowed to visit the manufacturing facility to sign off  so we could proceed to the next stage.

Design was provided by the client which we then used to build a tooling system which would be in four sections using materials compatible with fresh  water treatment (WRAS) approved, from here we manufactured the sectional tank and delivered to site safely.

We now have another prestige client in our portfolio!!
